Welcome to Assurer Auto Parts. These policies ensure a smooth and transparent transaction process for all our customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Genuine Parts Commitment
Assurance of Quality: Assurer Auto Parts guarantees that all products sold on our platform are 100% Genuine and sourced directly from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or their authorized distributors.
Seal Integrity: We assure that parts are shipped with the original manufacturer’s packaging and seals intact, ensuring the best quality and fitment.
Liability: Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the replacement part. We are not responsible for labor costs, installation charges, or any consequential damage resulting from incorrect installation or misuse of the part.
2. Order Processing & Shipping Policy
A. Processing Time
Orders are processed typically within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery timelines vary based on the destination. Standard delivery within India usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
B. Shipping Partners & Tracking
We utilize reputed third-party logistics partners for reliable delivery across India.
A tracking number will be provided via email/SMS once the order is shipped. Customers are responsible for tracking the delivery status using the provided details.
C. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, DO NOT accept it. Please take clear photos of the packaging and immediately contact our Customer Support team.
In the rare event of a confirmed lost shipment, a replacement order will be dispatched, or a full refund will be initiated after confirmation from the courier company.
3. Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy
We aim for complete satisfaction. However, due to the sensitive nature of auto parts, returns are subject to strict conditions.
A. Eligibility for Return (7-Day Policy)
A product is eligible for return/exchange only if it meets all the following criteria:
- The request is initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The part is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- The part is returned in its original manufacturer’s packaging with all seals, labels, and tags intact.
- The part is a result of incorrect order fulfillment by Assurer Auto Parts (e.g., wrong part shipped).
- The part is confirmed to be defective upon receipt (subject to inspection).
B. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
- Electrical, Electronic, or Sensor Parts: Due to the risk of damage during installation or handling.
- Lubricants, Oils, Chemicals, or Consumables.
- Parts that have been installed, modified, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Parts ordered specifically on the customer’s request which are not typically stocked.
C. Refunds
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed after the returned item passes a quality check at our warehouse.
The refund amount (minus any original shipping charges) will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of quality check completion.
4. Warranty Policy
All parts sold by Assurer Auto Parts carry the standard manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable). Warranty duration and terms are specified by the respective OEM.
Warranty claims must be submitted with a copy of the original purchase invoice from Assurer Auto Parts.
Warranty is voided by damage due to misuse, accident, incorrect installation, or unauthorized modification.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement will be the final billed price.
6. Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected (name, address, contact details) is used solely for the purpose of order processing, billing, delivery, and customer service.
We do not sell or share your personal data with unrelated third parties, except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., sharing delivery address with the courier).
